Please read the following carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you have agreed to them.

Ordering, Payment and Shipping costs:
Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. enricamaria.com is not responsible for possible errors on the site. Note: there may be colour differences between goods represented on the website and their actual colours, caused by variations in the representation of certain colours on computer screens. Payment for goods can be made using Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch/Maestro cards. The amount is drawn from your card, as soon as your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES:

enricamaria.com delivers to any destination in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland for Ł4.50, regardless of order size. All orders received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday are (subject to the necessary checks) dispatched the same day and sent by Royal Mail special delivery for next day delivery by 1.00pm. Orders outside these times are dispatched the next working day. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact us by email, fax or telephone if your goods are not received within 5 working days.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

We also deliver to European Union countries at a flat rate of Ł9.50
Most European orders should be received within 7 working days. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact us by email, fax or telephone on (0044 208 090 2761) if your goods are not received within 10 working days.

Right to return your order:
You may return the goods to us if you are not satisfied with them provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. You may request replacement products, which we will dispatch to you (subject to availability) once we receive the original products which were not satisfactory. When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund or exchange for the price of the goods returned. We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations as these are due to computer monitor settings. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words:

the tags have not been removed
the garment has not been worn or damaged
the packaging is returned

Please also note that for hygiene reasons we are unable exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed. Returned goods should be sent by special delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. We will not charge any extra to return the exchanged item to you. Please ensure you send us an email informing us of your intention to return an item before you return it to us at returns@enricamaria.com.

Confirmation of your order
A contract will only exist between us once enricamaria.com has emailed you at the email address that you have given to confirm that your order has been accepted. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually receive that message. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Promotions
To use the promotional code you have, please :

Choose the items you wish to purchase, add them to your basket and proceed to "Checkout".
Login and enter any additional billing and shipping information required.
During checkout, you will reach the "Your Order" page.
Enter the promotion code you wish to use and then click "Submit".

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only unless otherwise stated. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse enricamaria.com for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.
